77ad Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "77ad" / "Platform" / "We" / "Us" — refers to the 77ad online gaming platform, its operators, and its authorised representatives.
• "Member" / "You" / "User" — refers to any individual who has registered a 77ad account and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
• "Account" — the individual gaming account created by a Member on the 77ad platform following successful registration and identity verification.
• "Real Money Balance" — funds deposited by a Member into their 77ad account wallet using accepted PKR payment methods.
• "Bonus Balance" — promotional credits or bonus funds credited to a Member's account by 77ad, subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wager" / "Bet" — any real-money stake placed by a Member on a sports market, casino game, slot title, lottery draw, or jackpot product available on 77ad.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required of all Members prior to first withdrawal and as part of ongoing compliance obligations.
• "PKR" — Pakistani Rupee, the sole transaction currency accepted on the 77ad platform.
• "Services" — the full range of gaming, betting, payment, and support services made available through the 77ad platform.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active 77ad account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from 77ad or had an account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or officer of 77ad or any of its affiliated companies, nor are you a close family member of any such person.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to your place of residence and jurisdiction.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani CNIC number or equivalent identity document, and a valid contact number and email address. 77ad reserves the right to require documentary evidence of any information provided at registration at any time.

Upon successful registration and identity verification, 77ad will activate your account and grant you access to the full range of platform services. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials.

• You must keep your 77ad login credentials — username and password — strictly confidential at all times. Do not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 77ad support immediately via the live chat function available inside your account dashboard.
• 77ad will never request your full password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
• Your account is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any other individual. Any attempt to transfer account ownership will result in immediate account closure.
• 77ad reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion where there is reasonable suspicion of identity fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other conduct in breach of these Terms.
• Accounts that remain inactive — defined as no login activity — for a continuous period of twelve months may be classified as dormant. 77ad will notify the Member by email prior to applying any dormancy policy to the account.

Members may request account closure at any time by contacting 77ad support via live chat. All pending withdrawals will be processed in the ordinary course before the account is formally closed, provided KYC requirements have been met.

All financial transactions on 77ad are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 77ad does not impose currency conversion charges on deposits or withdrawals processed through accepted payment channels.

Accepted Deposit Methods:

• JazzCash mobile wallet — typically reflects within 60 seconds of transfer confirmation.
• EasyPaisa mobile wallet — typically reflects within 60 seconds of transfer confirmation.
• Raast instant bank transfer — typically reflects within one to five minutes.
• HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank direct bank transfer — typically reflects within one to five minutes.
• 1LINK interbank transfer — processing time varies by originating bank, typically within thirty minutes.
• Retail cash deposits at authorised 77ad franchise outlets — processing time up to two hours.

Withdrawals: All withdrawals require completed KYC verification. 77ad processes standard PKR withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa wallets within ten to fifteen minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution. 77ad reserves the right to conduct additional identity checks on withdrawal requests that exceed defined thresholds or that are considered unusual in pattern or frequency.

77ad reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including but not limited to bank statements, source of funds declarations, and proof of identity — before processing any withdrawal request. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges pending compliance review.

77ad offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing Members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements which are clearly communicated at the point of offer. By claiming any 77ad bonus, you agree to the specific terms associated with that promotion in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.

• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled in full before any portion of a bonus balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion details.
• Bonus funds are separate from real money balance and are consumed first in any wager unless the applicable promotion terms state otherwise.
• 77ad reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to a Member claiming it, and to modify the terms of ongoing promotions with reasonable prior notice to affected Members.
• Only one bonus may be active on a 77ad account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses may be subject to game restrictions — for example, certain live casino games or specific slot titles may contribute a reduced percentage toward wagering requirements. Full contribution schedules are published in the individual promotion terms.
• 77ad reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, coordinated wagering, use of betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or any other conduct that 77ad reasonably considers contrary to the spirit of the promotion.
• Bonuses are personal to the registered Member and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged.

By placing any wager on the 77ad platform, you accept the specific product rules applicable to that market or game in addition to these general Terms and Conditions. Product-specific rules are published within each game or market interface and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• All bets placed on the 77ad sportsbook are final once confirmed. Confirmed bets may not be cancelled, reversed, or amended by the Member except where 77ad's in-play cash-out feature is available and the Member elects to use it.
• In the event of a void or abandoned sporting event, all bets relating to that event will be settled in accordance with 77ad's void bet policy as published in the sportsbook rules section.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 77ad platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions. 77ad may, at its sole discretion, suspend or permanently close the account of any Member found to have engaged in prohibited conduct and void all associated bets, bonuses, and winnings.

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during any subsequent verification process.
• Opening or operating more than one 77ad account, whether under the same or different identity details.
• Using another person's identity documents or payment methods to register or fund a 77ad account.
• Participating in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of manipulation of sporting events on which bets have been placed.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or platform vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage or generate unintended winnings.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the 77ad platform.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies or any coordinated wagering activity intended to guarantee profit irrespective of outcome.
• Using 77ad's payment infrastructure for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Allowing a minor — any person under the age of 21 — to access, fund, or operate your 77ad account.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 77ad support staff or other Members through any communication channel.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, download, display, post, or transmit any portion of the 77ad platform or its content in any form without prior written consent from 77ad.
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any software component of the 77ad platform.
• You may not use the 77ad brand name, logo, or any confusingly similar mark in any advertising, promotional material, or commercial activity without prior written authorisation.
• Game software and content made available through the 77ad platform may be subject to third-party intellectual property rights. Your use of such content is governed by the applicable third-party licences in addition to these Terms.

By registering an account, you confirm your acceptance of 77ad's Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77ad's total liability to any Member arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• 77ad provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
• 77ad is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform, even if advised of the possibility of such losses.
• 77ad is not responsible for any technical failures, network outages, or device-level issues that affect your ability to access or use the platform.
• In the event of a system error that results in incorrect odds being displayed or an incorrect game outcome being recorded, 77ad reserves the right to void the affected transactions and refund the staked amount to the Member's account balance.
• Nothing in these Terms limits 77ad's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

77ad reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 77ad will provide Members with a minimum of fourteen days' advance notice via email to the registered account email address, or via a prominent in-platform notification displayed upon login.

• Continued use of the 77ad platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms.
• If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support prior to the effective date of the change.

• Minor amendments — including typographical corrections, formatting changes, or clarifications that do not materially affect Member rights — may be made without advance notice.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which 77ad holds its international online gaming licence.
